Parenting can be challenging, especially when navigating issues like school concerns, difficult behaviors, or transitions such as divorce. I work with parents to build stronger connections with their children and support emotional well-being. With over 15 years of experience, I offer guidance for children of all ages, including those navigating early childhood milestones and behavioral challenges.
I specialize in supporting adolescents through identity exploration, school stress, and relationships, helping them develop resilience and healthy coping strategies. Additionally, I advocate for students with 504 plans and IEPs to ensure they receive the necessary accommodations for academic success.
For young adults, I offer practical tools to manage anxiety and create a positive path forward, whether navigating career choices, school stress, or coming out.
I also offer couples counseling to help partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen their connection through meaningful dialogue.
Family therapy focuses on improving communication and addressing the unique needs of each family member using a systems approach.
As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I provide a safe space for individuals and families, supporting them in navigating identity, school environments, and the emotional journey of coming out. I also help families foster open, supportive communication.
Let’s work together to create positive change for you and your family.
